This year has been unlike any other, it has been tough mentally and financially for many people and with Christmas around the corner many families are feeling the pinch. The very real levels of poverty that exists within our communities has been exposed and many working families for the first time are also struggling with job losses and lost income.
It has been amazing to see everyone pulling together, to see the community come together to help and support one another and we are proud that we have been there to support many people when they have needed us.
Going forward the pantries are going to play an important role in the recovery phase, we will be here to ensure families have good healthy food to put on their table.
